★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased not one, but two Rolex watches from here on one trip. The staff was friendly and courteous. I was definitely swayed and upsold because of the tax refund they promised. It’s been a year now and I was informed that my tax refund was denied because my forms were missing some information (passport # on a form even though the photocopy of the passport was attached)
The tax free representatives are there and fill out the paperwork for you. They claim that it’s their job to get the proper documentation and ensure that your paperwork is done properly but due to their negligence my refund was denied
The watches are fine, but proceed with caution and do not expect a dime back from the tax refund!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and he wanted to buy me a bracelet as a souvenir. We purchased a diamond bracket for 600.00. Within the year a diamond fell out. When i brought it to a jeweler they told me the diamonds were fake. I would advise people to beware of the merchandise sold there. We were totally duped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT PURCHASE PANDORA. They are charging 2X what the pandora website is charging for the charms. I paid $80-90 for charms that they are charging $45-55 on the Pandora website. Do not do it.
