Emailed this business indicating interest in several pieces including Rolex, Patek, and JLC. No response. The next day I followed up with a phone call. The male representative took my information and indicated he’d check stock and get back to me. Then informed me that Rolex and Patek are “reserved for existing clients.” Needless to say he didn’t get back to me so I called back the following afternoon. This time the salesperson was able to provide details on availability of the JLC piece I was interested in, and surprise, he didn’t have it. He indicated all they had for Rolex was “exhibition only” pieces despite a huge billboard advertising a pink gold Rolex GMT heading south from the airport in Cancun. Bottom line is, call ahead and inquire as to availability of timepieces before leaving the resort and wasting your time. I’m glad I did! Like the vast majority of other Rolex and Patek dealers, this business uses its position as an authorized dealer to lure you into the store to buy anything other than the Rolex or Patek it claims to carry. Bait and switch. Don’t be fooled, no availability, and not seeking new customers apparently. Please note the business has responded below. The email address is incorrect. Incidentally, the intended email address happens to be the same address to which I sent my initial inquiry and never received a response. The response below is intended to make it seem like the business actually cared about my experience with their store. I have not received any follow up.

Eduardo was really nice, accommodating and knowledgeable of timepieces. Too bad they didn’t have the watch I was looking for at the store and it wasn’t coming in the foreseeable future. Still a store with a very nice team. If they had what I wanted I’d buy in a heartbeat from them. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had an amazing time shopping for gifts for each other on our honeymoon. Javier and the rest of the team at ultra jewelers were so kind and accommodating. They helped me select a fantastic watch for him and an amazing Diamond necklace for me. I was on the fence between a couple of necklaces and they ultimately lead me to finding something classic that I know I will cherish for years to come. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I came in for my birthday. Eduardo was very accomodating and helped me get two great watches! I highly recommend shopping here and if you get the opportunity, ask for Eduardo. You won’t be disappointed!

Javier and Julio could not have been better assistance today! My wife and I are on our honeymoon and have been trying to get each other memorable gifts all weekend. Walked in not expecting much and walked out with a beautiful diamond necklace and a watch that fit me perfectly! As well Javier personally went out of his way to pick up some paperwork for our tax rebate at our hotel (30 mins from store)!
