★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware! The ultramar tickets don’t work on fridays. We bought the ultramar tickets to cozumel on a Thursday and they said we could use to go to cozumel the next day, but to return to playa del carmen we would have to buy the tickets from the winjet company. That didn’t work. We had to buy all new round trip tickets from winjet to go to cozumel. Lied to us and they are no cheap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make you wear mask outdoors but let’s queue everyone in a small space to wait for bags! Makes sense right? Also the way they forcefully threw each bag hard enough to make it fall was painful to watch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, fast and comfortable Ferry to go to Cozumel or Puerto Mujeres. Just make sure to check the prices listed and don't let them convince you to get more expensive tickets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend Ultramar ferry for multiple reason.
1. They over sold their first class tickets and made us sit downstairs.
2. When we asked, the crew acted like no one understood English. When a few minutes ago the AMS crew were speaking English.
3. Multiple people were standing due to lack of room.
4. No apology for inconvenience.
Just overall bad service.
Wish we could give negative 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and ride (roundtrip between Cozumel and Playa del Carmen). Very affordable. Fast and easy way to reach mainland Mexico. May buy drinks and snack inside the boat. Comfortable seats. Nothing too fancy. You randomly select your seat. Easy wa in and way out of boat.
