Sometimes there is a guy with some music on the top deck
Bottom deck has more comfortable seats and air conditioning at the expense of the view

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple, easy, clean, fast and safe. Purchase an open ticket online ahead of your trip to make things easy. One note; if the waves and winds are high, check ahead if you are leaving from Playa Caracol: they will cancel boats from this terminal without any notice. Otherwise, a great way to get out onto Isla Mujeres and back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a fast and easy boat ride. There was a musician playing on the upper deck. Bring some money for a tip. We left a few minutes late in either direction. Would have been better if there were more departure times. Lots of waiting in line to ensure we could make it aboard for the last trip of the day.

If you choose you can sit indoors on lower level for indoor comfort. Please keep in mind they are very prompt so don't be late ! Very affordable & convenient parking next door! It's a must if in Cancun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're from Cancún this company gives you 50%, price are affordable and they have 3 different routes all around Quintana Roo. Boat is pretty big and has amazing views from the inside and outside, absolutely beautiful! You'll love the experience of riding this Ultramar boat, the boat is super stable, so it would be rare to feel any nausea. Recommended.
