Soy atleta 2 veces campeón nacional de duatlón en categorías por edad y he participado campeonatos mundiales y demás competencias nacionales e internaciones. A lo largo de mi vida he usado plantillas deportivas y sin duda alguna en UltraMed he encontrado las mejores plantillas, los mejores estudios de pisada y sobre todo una excelente atención de todo su equipo medico y de terapeutas. Como atleta, todo esto me permite planificar mis temporadas, competencias y mantenerme libre de lesiones y de cualquier molestia relacionado con la postura y la pisada. Gracias a la Dra. Blanca, a Edgar y a todo su equipo por el excelente trabajo que realizan con cada uno de sus pacientes.

Mis rodillas me empezaron a dar muchas molestias, a tal grado, que me infiltraron una rodilla con ácido Hialurónico, fui a terapia por más de un año y no mejoré.
Cuando estaba a punto de infiltrarme la otra rodilla encontré a la doctora Cué y me hizo un estudio completo de mi postura y pisada y me comentó con mucha confianza,
"YA NO TE INFILTRES LA OTRA RODILLA"

Después de mi estudio me mandó a hacer unas plantillas personalizadas las cuales uso a la fecha, no tienen idea de como me siento y como han reaccionado mis rodillas con el tratamiento de la DOCTORA CUÉ.

Realizan estudio exhaustivo de la marcha y en caso necesario solicitan estudios radiológicos para confirmar el diagnóstico y apoyar la medición necesaria para que las plantillas sean perfectas. Los precios son comparables con los de otras empresas, hacen descuento para INAPAM (que no aplican en otros lugares). Ofrecen diversos tipos de fisioterapia que a donde vayas es bien caro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a hacerme unas platillas para correr y caminar que me han caído excelente porque solía tener dolor de pies todo el tiempo. Poco después me salió una hernia discal que he tratado con ellos y me han ayudado muchísimo. La Dra. Blanca es muy buena, la recomiendo.
I went to get some running and walking insoles which have been great because I used to have foot pain all the time. Shortly after I had a herniated disc that I have treated with them and they have helped me a lot. Dra. Blanca is very good, I recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por unas plantillas para el pie plano y la atención de la doctora Blanca y su equipo fue excelente.
Sin embargo, luego de acomodarme a las plantillas pedí otras adicionales para no tener que estarlas cambiando de zapato y me llegaron mal, las devolví para que las corrigieran y me volvieron a llegar mal por segunda vez.
Les falta un control de calidad, se supone que tienen las medidas originales de las primeras plantillas, no sé por qué se siguen equivocando.

Me acaban de llegar las plantillas por tercera vez y estas ya llegaron bien. Adicionalmente mandaron unas de obsequio, qué bueno saber que se preocupan por dar un buen servicio al cliente.
I went for some insoles for flat feet and the care of Dr. Blanca and her team was excellent.
However, after adjusting to the insoles, I asked for additional ones so as not to have to change shoes and they arrived wrong, I returned them to be corrected and they arrived wrong for the second time.
They lack quality control, they are supposed to have the original measurements of the first insoles, I don't know why they keep making mistakes.

The insoles just arrived for the third time and these already arrived well. Additionally they sent some as a gift, it's good to know that they care about giving good customer service.
