★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las motos estan masomenos, desafortunadamente la atencion que ofrecen es super deficiente y deja mucho a desear, personalmente toda la experiencia que tuve con ellos fue pesima y nunca mas les comprare nada a ellos. Si tuviera que compararlos con otra empresa diria italika, nula preparacion de sus trabajadores, sus servicios y demas atenciones que ofrecen. NO COMPREN MOTOS AQUI.
 The bikes are worse off, unfortunately the attention they offer is super deficient and leaves much to be desired, personally the whole experience I had with them was terrible and I will never buy anything from them again. If I had to compare them with another company I would say italika, null preparation of their workers, their services and other attentions they offer. DO NOT BUY MOTORCYCLES HERE.

Ayer llame a la sucursal que está por Altabrisa para preguntar por una refacción y me dijeron que si la tenían.
Hoy fue mi esposo a comprarla y lo hicieron esperar más de una hora y al final le dijeron que no la tenían.
La muchacha que atiende en el teléfono ni siquiera sabe lo que vende, me tuvo que comunicar con otra persona que por lo visto tampoco sabe lo que tienen en existencia.
No recomiendo UM para nada.
PESIMAAAAAAA ATTENTION AND SERVICE
Yesterday I called the branch that is in Altabrisa to ask for a spare part and they told me that they had it.
Today my husband went to buy it and they made him wait more than an hour and in the end they told him they didn't have it.
The girl who answers the phone does not even know what she sells, she had to contact me with another person who apparently also does not know what they have in stock.
I don't recommend UM at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la moto falla mucho, ya he reportado varias cosas y todo quieren q pagues aunq sea responsabilidad de la marca, en 6 meses ya se me rompieron 2 sujeta baterias y a ley t lo cobran aunq sean piezas basura y cuidado con llevar la moto a servicio porq tardes 1 dia completo para q le hagan el servicio a tu moto. pesimo
