★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alex el chico de la recepción muy amable y atento , pero en nuestra reservación no venia que se acaba la luz de 12 a 8 por que es planta,así que por la noche hace mucho calor y los mosquitos te comen vivo, no tuvimos vista al mar en la como lo mencionaba la reservación en expedia , la limpieza de la habitación no fue nada buena, inclusive nos picaron chinches. Y ahora hay demasiado sargazo muy triste nuestra estancia en Tulum

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar más que hermoso, todo muy ecológico, las personas y servicio muy agradables, cuenta con estacionamiento, restaurante, wifi y la opción para rentar bicicletas. Lo malo se encuentra en los cuartos, no cuenta con ventilador o aire acondicionado y la energía eléctrica se corta de 12 de la noche a 10 de la mañana por lo que debes tener cuidado o cargados tus objetos electrónicos.
No olvides llevar tu repelente o insecticida.
A place more than beautiful, everything very ecological, the people and very nice service, has parking, restaurant, wifi and the option to rent bicycles. The bad thing is in the rooms, it does not have a fan or air conditioning and the electric power is cut from 12 at night to 10 in the morning so you must be careful or your electronic objects are loaded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are scammers! The administration debited the payment for accommodation from the card when we checked in. Upon arrival, they asked to pay in cash. Since the electricity was turned off and there was no wi-fi, I did not know that the payment was debited from the card. Then we left. Any attempts to contact are not answered, there are no contacts, services are no longer provided on all hotel search sites. A year and a half passed - the money was never returned. Total for one night stay cost us about $ 150 - but it's absolutely not worth it, since the living conditions there are terrible !!!
