Y el proceso al principio fue placentero una Srta. muy amable quien fue el primer filtro explicó las cosas muy bien y claras sin dejar su amabilidad a un lado, que hasta la felicite. Y así los siguientes filtros todo muy bien. Que el ánimo y alegría estaban al 100%. (Bravo a la doctora muy amable y profesional) Al momento de ingresar a la donación te topas con una pared de fodongues y una actitud por parte de esta señorita (vestida toda de negro y con nada de higiene personal) terrible que desmoronó toda mi buena vibra y me puso más nervioso. Fue muy grosera déspota y mal educada. Te atienden bien están al pendiente de ti en todo momento pero esta señorita en especial no merece estar en ese equipo. Terrible terrible experiencia con esta señorita todo de negro y tenis todos percudidos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo genial y muy bonito, súper resguardado y todo, pero a mí parecer los doctores que deberían ser más considerados son los de urgencias y sinceramente de ellos fue quien recibí el peor trato.
El lugar está muy bien situado, como lo mencionaba el equipo empleado en su mayoría es muy amable, atento, empático, por eso las tres estrellas que califico.
Por parte de los visitantes y pacientes siento que necesitan más cultura de obediencia, algunos sin cubrebocas otros consumiendo alientos, en fin.
Everything is great and very beautiful, super sheltered and everything, but it seems to me that the doctors who should be more considerate are the emergency room doctors and, honestly, they were the one who received the worst treatment.
The place is very well located, as mentioned by the majority of the team employed, they are very friendly, attentive, empathetic, that's why I rate the three stars.
On the part of the visitors and patients, I feel that they need a more culture of obedience, some without masks, others consuming breaths, in short.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio e higiene, no tardan tanto pero el unico problema es que no hay muchas sillas de ruedas adentro, para que te presten una debes esperar a que se desocupe una de las tres que tienen ahí, así que si llevas a un familiar que no puede caminar mejor llévalo cargando. ; Fuera de eso todo excelente ya que afuera encuentras de todo, comida, te cargan tu teléfono si no tienes batería, rentan sillas, sacan copias, hay artículos de ortopedia (muletas, andaderas, sillas de ruedas, etc.)
Good service and hygiene, they don't take that long but the only problem is that there aren't many wheelchairs inside, for them to lend you one you have to wait for one of the three they have there to be vacated, so if you take a relative who doesn't he can walk better carry him carrying. ; Other than that, everything is excellent since you can find everything outside, food, they charge your phone if you don't have a battery, they rent chairs, they make copies, there are orthopedic items (crutches, walkers, wheelchairs, etc.)
