Umai Ramen, un lugar único en la ciudad, inspirado en la cultura y restaurantes asiáticos que buscó y encontró ese princupio: un lugar cómodo, sin mucho garigoleado, donde la intención es comer rico, y sobre todo, con productos lo más natural posible. Descubrí que los fideos son hechos en casa, a mano; el caldo, asiento, base o como le quieras llamar, está hecho a base de un cocimiento lento que hace que tome un sabor inigualable. Productos frescos, bonitos, vaya, de fotografía. Aquí si, pa que veas, de la vista nació el amor. En definitiva Umai Ramen vino a marcar la diferencia de las sopas ramen en la localidad. Y como tal, no hay restaurante o lugar que ofrezca una ramen como la que encontrarás aquí! Ampliamente recomendado para toda la familia, comes sano y sobre todo, riquísimo! El trato fue divino, hasta en una pantalla pusieron canciones de mis artistas favoritos de kpop, a pesar de que el lugar es pequeño está bien decorado lo único que les falta es más ventilación porque está es una zona calurosa y un ventilador no es suficiente ya que el hermoso picante del ramen te hace sudar ✨ A long time ago I wanted to go to that place and today it was finally fulfilled, the ramen is exquisite and the cheesecake not to mention, my palate was in love and grateful. A las 2 tienen cheesecake japonés, el esponjoso, pero vuela. Muy recomendado. Luego de probar "ramen" en varios lugares del estado este es sin duda de los mejore.
