★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a gem! In the middle of the hustle of Centro, Mexico City this hotel provides an oasis of calm and tranquility. The perfect place to step out of the business of the street and into a quiet refuge. The breakfast was amazing- fresh and delicious. Will absolutely stay there again!

Pros: Bellmen and housekeeping staff were lovely, location.
Cons: We booked a room for 3 adults, 2 sharing a king bed and one on a sofa bed. Problem is that the “sofa bed” is a sad excuse for adult sleeping. It’s about 5’6 long (so am I, so I had to sleep diagonally), 4 inches of hard cushion thick (I couldn’t use my comforter because I had to fold it in 1/2 for padding, and it’s about 4 feet wide with a full split in the middle. This lodging option as a joke and this “suite” should never be offered to more that 2 people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this hotel. The bathroom was very large and everything was very clean. Service was good. The hotel atmosphere was a lot of fun, although, probably haunted, lol (kidding, kind of). The roof restaurant/bar, pool, and view was fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More people need to stay here. Absolutely loved this place. The staff is so kind. The architecture inside is so interesting. The rooms are so nice. Everything was just so great. The restaurant upstairs were so accommodating to our vegetarian preferences. We really enjoyed our time here in Mexico City and really do hope to come back. One of the best Hilton’s I’ve ever stayed at. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't emphasize this enough. The service at this hotel is impeccable! My wife and I had our flights cancelled and arrived at 2am. We have been working remotely and due to scheduling issues, had to extend our stay for 3 days. We could not be happier. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff is incredibly nice, the food is delicious, and we are right in the center of the city.
Thank you so much to everyone who works at this hotel. The hardworking and kind staff have made our stay magical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very unique hotel with excellent service, clean rooms, cool decor, and a very comfortable bed. A little unusual that our room didn’t have any dresser drawers -which made for quick packing to leave. Special thanks to Karla, Christian and Guillermo for really excellent service at the terrace area each day we were there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two stars are for the interesting design and attentive staff.
There are a couple major infrastructure flaws of this hotel:
1. Hot water is not stable. During 20 seconds, the water temperature can fluctuate by 20 degrees
2. Sound isolation is very bad. If your neighbor is talking, don't even think about sleeping
3. AC is weak. The room stays hot for a long time even after you set to maximum strength
4. Electricity is not stable. In our last night of stay, it seems like the whole electric panel was reset twice at 1am. When it reset, it would also automically turn all the lights on at 1am. Go figure.
Again good staff and design; but if you want a good night sleep? I cant emphasize how fast you should run away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel, boutique feeling, I’m great location within the Historic District. Feels very safe. The design details are extremely well done at every turn, very contemporary feeling with amenities in accordance with expectations.
Service is exceptional, from front desk to restaurant staff.
The Queen beds are small than expected by North American standards, would recommend booking a King if you’re coming from Canada or the US. The rooms are very dark, which is comfortable for sleeping. Moderate noise levels.
The roof top is beautiful, the pool is a bit small, and jacuzzi features weren’t working. But very relaxing rood top vibe
