★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es de las clínicas del IMSS menos saturadas, buena ubicación a eacasas 10 cuadras del Palacio de gobierno. Nunca hay lugar de estacionamiento pero hay 2-3 empresas que dan el servicio a pocas cuadras.
It is one of the least saturated IMSS clinics, good location just 10 blocks from the Government Palace. There is never a parking place but there are 2-3 companies that provide the service within a few blocks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre he visto que en esta clínica la atención es mas rápida además de que me queda cerca de mi casa. No me puedo quejar del servicio que aquí recibo puesto que todo el personal que aquí labora y los médicos también, me han atendido de una manera atenta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una clínica limpia, con sala de espera cómoda, piso recién remodelado, los trámites son más fáciles que en años anteriores y por lo general el servicio de los empleados es amable, el plus que tiene está Clinica es que cuenta con cambiadores para bebés en el baño de las damas, así como los insumos necesarios dentro de los sanitarios (jabón, papel higiénico, etc)
It is a clean clinic, with comfortable waiting room, newly remodeled floor, the procedures are easier than in previous years and usually the service of the employees is friendly, the plus that Clinica has is that it has baby changing tables in the bathroom of the ladies, as well as the necessary supplies in the toilets (soap, toilet paper, etc)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La clínica del IMSS con la mejor atención y organización en Xalapa. Muy cerca del Paseo de los Lagos y cruzando la calle se encuentra el Hospital Regional de Zona No. 11. Se encuentra también muy cerca de Paseo de los Lagos, cuenta con dos accesos, ya que uno en la parte superior que en las mañanas permite ur directo al área de Nutrición, Afiliación y Vigencia, Laboratorio, Psicología. Es a experiencia personal la clínica que demuestra que la burocracía no tiene porqué ser mala atención.
The IMSS clinic with the best care and organization in Xalapa. Very close to the Paseo de los Lagos and across the street is the Regional Hospital of Zone No. 11. It is also very close to Paseo de los Lagos, it has two accesses, since one in the upper part that in the morning allows ur direct to the area of Nutrition, Affiliation and Validity, Laboratory, Psychology. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te atienden de mala manera, te hacen esperar, tienes que ir casi muriéndo para que lo hagan, y su organización es de lo peor. Sólo voy porque en mi trabajo sólo este seguro es válido, pero ni se merecen la cuota de mi nómina. 0/10
Terrible service, they treat you badly, they make you wait, you have to almost die for them to do it, and their organization is the worst. I only go because in my work only this insurance is valid, but they don't even deserve the quota of my payroll. 0/10
