Pero en lo que refiere a atención de personal, no es lo más destacado. Hay personas amables, pero la gran mayoría no lo son mucho. Te atienden no de muy buena manera, o la atención no es la adecuada. En mi caso me toco atención en modulo COVID, y personas que iban verdaderamente mal, no recibían la atención adecuada ni oportuna. No digo que todos sean igual, pero a pesar de ser una institución gubernamental, deberían de trabajar en el tema de actitud de servicio y organización interna. For a government institution, we honestly couldn't expect too much. In general, in terms of facilities, it is fine. But when it comes to personal attention, it is not the highlight. There are friendly people, but the vast majority are not very friendly. They treat you not in a very good way, or the attention is not adequate. I'm not saying that they are all the same, but despite being a government institution, they should work on the issue of service attitude and internal organization.
