★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pongo cuatro estrellas por que ya sabemos del sistema obsoleto del imss pero en este por lo menos el personal es mucho más amable y con empatia hacia el prójimo, creo que a de ser de los pocos imss con buen servicio en el país.
I put four stars because we already know about the obsolete imss system but in this at least the staff is much more friendly and with empathy towards others, I think it is one of the few imss with good service in the country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obviamente no es un lugar turístico, la mayoría de personas viene aquí porque no tiene opción pero la verdad te dan un buen trato, hablando del personal, enfermeras, farmacia, registro, intendencia y vigilancia son muy profesionales y amables, te ayudan con tus dudas, te dan sugerencias de cómo llevar tu trámite pero ellos están amarrados a la burocracia y no pueden hacer mucho. Lamentablemente le pongo 3 estrellas por los doctores pues no te atienden bien, te diagnostican sin siquiera revisarte, eso sí, si eres muy claro con tus síntomas y tú historial le atinan al clavo.
Obviously it is not a tourist place, most people come here because they have no option but the truth is they give you a good treatment, speaking of the staff, nurses, pharmacy, registry, administration and surveillance they are very professional and friendly, they help you with your questions They give you suggestions on how to carry out your procedure but they are tied to the bureaucracy and cannot do much. Unfortunately I give it 3 stars for the doctors because they do not treat you well, they diagnose you without even checking you, yes, if you are very clear with your symptoms and your history they hit the nail on the head.
