★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casi nunca hay urgencias. Para sacar turno en la tarde hay que estar esperando 2 horas afuera en la calle para alcanzar cita. Todos ahí sienten que te hacen un favor al atenderte, desde el chavo de seguridad que está en la entrada hasta la administradora. Si desconoces algo, como los documentos necesarios para algún trámite, ten cuidado en cómo preguntar porque les molesta que no sepas.
 There are almost never emergencies. To take an afternoon shift, you have to wait 2 hours outside on the street to make an appointment. Everyone there feels like they are doing you a favor by assisting you, from the security guy at the entrance to the administrator. If you do not know something, such as the documents necessary for a procedure, be careful how to ask because it bothers them that you do not know.
