★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me agradó que la cita la puedes hacer por la aplicación y que el servicio tenga horarios hasta las 19:45 h. Como en todas las dependencias de gobierno, no hay personas al tanto para guiarte. No me fue muy difícil encontrar lo que buscaba (mi consultorio) en cambio, es algo que deberían de mejorar. A pesar de tener cita la espera fue de 30 min aproximadamente, lo cual no me pareció tanto porque incluso en servicios privados hago ese tipo de espera.
La atención de los médicos me pareció buena.
Es importante tomar en cuenta que si eliges el servicio de la tarde y sales después de las 20:00 h ya no encontrarás la farmacia abierto por lo que tendrás que regresar otro día.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general el personal es amable, aunque todavía te encuentras personal que te complica la atención, no ofrece soluciones y te piden trámites burocráticos e innecesarios, y digo esto por qué después otra enfermera me atendió muy amable y me dio opciones y solución sin necesidad de procesos engorrosos. Hace muchos años no venía a esta clínica y si ha mejorado la atención salvo excepciones.

Muy organizado debido a las citas obtenidas desde un mes antes.
Te pueden atender sin cita, pero debes esperar mucho tiempo.
En la entrada te toman la temperatura y te dan gel antibacterial.
No entras sin cubrebocas.
Los asientos de la sala de espera están separados por la sana distancia.
