No hay módulo de información, los guardias son muy amables, pero no te saben contestar.
El módulo de urgencias funciona a partir de las 15:00.
Hay 3 consultorios, pero el médico del 2do se jubiló y el IMSS no ha mandado a un nuevo médico, lo que hace que los médicos de los otros consultorios tengan que alternar entre los pacientes que hacen citas por internet, los pacientes sin cita, y los pacientes del consultorio 2.
Hay 14 asientos, si no hay que esperar parado.
Aparentemente, entre 14:00 y 15:00 es el cambio de turno, o a la hora que los enfemeros salen. En esta hora no hay nadie que atienda.

Y el internet dice que no ahí clínica sercana a mi domicilio cuando yo vivo en valle de San Miguel.
La Dra que atiende el fin de semana indica que me de, de alta pero nadie atiende y que si no no me atenderá.
Y en mi trabajo me piden documentación para determinar si en verdad estoy enfermo o no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar ya necesita una remodelación tanto en estructura como en el personal ya que está muy deteriorado,y no hay consultorios suficientes no médicos suficientes para todos los derechoabientes el personal es prepotente,atienden de mal modo ya hace falta un cambio aunque llegues de emergencia no te atienden tienes que esperar tu turno así te estés muriendo pésima atención más durante la tarde noche mala atención de la médicos y demás personal considero mejor ir con los doctores de las farmacias similares te atienden mejor y sin malos modos .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es deficiente, no hay organización, el lugar es muy pequeño para el número de pacientes que demandan la atención médica; solicitan ir a sacar ficha desde muy temprano cuando deberían de ser generadas por el usuario en línea y asistir 15 o 30 minutos antes para que la gente no esté esperando tanto tiempo en el sol; el número de fichas es insuficiente, muchas personas se quedan sin ella y estuvieron desde muy temprano esperándolas. Se debería considerar capacitar al personal, aún sigue habiendo corrupción pues una doctora hizo pasar a una señora a farmacia y no se formó como las demás.
