★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por la tarde el personal medico muy bien, la farmacia fatal y ni con quien te quejes, no te orientan bien pero eso si antes de las 8 cortan servicio pues termina su turno a esa hora.

Mi consultorio me toca en la tarde, así que fui media hora antes de las 2pm para dejar mi carnet en recepción, ya que ellos los toman faltando 20 min para las 2. A las 2pm subí al tercer piso ya que ahí esta el consultorio 25, me acerque con la secretaria y le comente que había dejado mi carnet para consulta sin previa cita. Ella muy amable me tomo medida de estatura y altura, después me comento que en unos 15 minutos me pasaría con la doc, y así fue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, a las personas que trabajan ahí se les olvidó que son servidores públicos y atienden a personas en enfermedad, no tienen empatía.
De los trámites y tiempo ni se diga, pero esas son políticas absurdas y tardas no de ellos si no de todo un sistema mal planeado de salud, el IMSS cada vez peor que nunca.
Bad service, the people who work there forgot that they are public servants and take care of sick people, they have no empathy.
Not to mention the procedures and time, but those are absurd and slow policies, not theirs, but an entire poorly planned health system, the IMSS, each time worse than ever.
