D	David Batta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He tenido buena atención por parte del personal pero obviamente, una cosa por otra, pierdes todo un día si vas con médico familiar o a realizar algún tramite como en medicina del trabajo y en urgencias, bueno ni que decir pero al menos aún existe gente buena haciendo cosas buenas... I have had good attention from the staff but obviously, one thing for another, you lose a whole day if you go with a family doctor or to carry out some procedure such as in occupational medicine and in emergencies, well, needless to say, but at least there are still good people doing good things...

Para Archivo y PrevenIMSS, lo mejor es ir a partir de las 10:30 am porque ya no hay gente y no se requiere "ficha". For medical and pregnancy care, care is like in any IMSS unit. For Archivo and PrevenIMSS, it is best to go from 10:30 am because there are no more people and no "token" is required.

Una verguenza como institucion. Y lo peor de todo.... les pagan por no hacer bien su trabajo. They don't really deserve a star. Staff without training, without human warmth. En urgencias el servicio es algo lento, lo viví desde adentro y si iban a su ritmo, pero atendían verdaderas urgencias así que casi se mueren, pasaron a una criaturita que fue picada por un alacrán y vomitaba muchísimo, a un señor con pensamientos suicidas, alguien con el dedo morado casi negro, pero todo muy bien, todo controlado y bien manejado Well it's acceptable but it's not excellent, it depends on the staff that touches you ... Deberían de capacitar a su personal.
