When I first went to this restaurant in August 2009, I was impressed with the taste of Japan. San Luis Potosí said, "There is a restaurant where you can get a good grip." What is important in sushi is that you can feel the original sweetness and texture of fish, and the "harmony" with lemons, perilla, and green onions. But today everything was different. I ordered "OMAKASE A", but 3 slices of sashimi, sweet sauce was applied to all the grips, and chili was sprinkled on the tempura. Temaki was just spicy tuna and a little rice wrapped in seaweed. This is not a Japanese taste. It's a completely different thing. I recommended this store to a friend a while ago, but I think I have to apologize to them.
