One Beach Street is a luxurious beach-front condo / hotel in Puerto Vallarta that is dedicated to providing a unique and personalized experience for all our guests. We invite you to experience for yourself by spending a day soaking up the sun at the beach or at our pool, watching the gorgeous sunsets from the privacy and comfort of one of our suites, or dining at one of the nearby restaurants. One Beach Street includes three linked buildings that descend from mountain to ocean with mountain and city views to partial or full ocean views. The units are one and two bedroom suites, all with fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, utensils and table settings, cable TV with available VCR or CD player, washer, dryer and courtyard Internet access. The front desk is open daily from 7am-10:30pm. Housekeeping services are preformed twice a week at no additional fee. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is noon. If arriving after hours, please go directly to our on-site Security office, located on the beach level.
