El ambiente y trato laboral no es ético ni profesional, en especial con la dueña directa. Los clientes piden y merecen mejoras en el servicio, sin embargo desconocen que todo el esfuerzo y trabajo no es bien remunerado y que se vive estrés laboral innecesario, cuestión por la cual duele y pesa ir día a día a laborar. Finalmente, todos merecemos espacios y trabajos sanos, por nuestra salud emocional y física. Reflexiona y analiza si quieres laborar ahí o si quieres consumir en #unatardedecafe.
