Una Vida, Tulum - 77780 Tulum

We loved the ambiance of this hotel. The staff were great as well. A little far from the main areas of Tulum, but a taxi was easy to get with staffs help! The only downside of the stay was that the bed was very very firm. Everything was amazing!

I had a great time here. I came by to work remotely for the day. The restaurant has delicious food and drinks. The staff is very welcoming especially Leo, he had a ton of patience while answering all of my questions and gave me a lot of recommendations for Tulum since I am new to the area. Made me feel super comfortable to be there! He also took time to show me the property (which has awesome photo ops every way you look). I'll definitely be staying one day in the future. All around would visit here again!

The most amazing thing here is a beautiful and heated pool. Restaurant food is good. Rooms and service - normal. Location - a bit far from center and seaside.

The whole experience was excellent, from the welcome when we checked in until the moment we left. The location and the rooms are stunning as stunning is the service from all parts of the staff. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

I loved staying here! We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa Jacinta. The villa is absolutely beautiful and large. Comfortably can fit about 8 people. The location is a little far from the beach zone and the surrounding areas is a little sketchy. But once you pull into the hidden entrance you’re in a completely different world. If you want to party, this probably isn’t the place for you. However, I like privacy, I live a very stressful hectic life so I wanted to escape into an oasis and that’s what you will get an UnaVida. The staff is 5 stars all the way. The word “no” does not exist, no matter the request they are prompt, tentative and ready to help at any time. The food and drinks were amazing and the hotel grounds is the perfect place to decompress. We did a spa day and the experience was tranquil and exactly what we needed. Leo was super helpful booking us a private tour to the Cenotas that were not full of tourists. Our pictures were literally just us in our very own cenotas. On the grounds we were also able to do ATV’s, zip lining and a Mayan ceremony. With the request of wanting a private experience whether it was in the hotel or Leo booking us tours, it all felt very VIP. I would highly suggest staying here. It is perfect.

The only word coming from my mouth right now is Awesome. This place is just amazing. I don't even understand the rating... 3 stars? I would have put at least 5 ones to be fair. Everything was beyond incredible. The ambiance, the atmosphere, the place everything was terrific ???????. Don't even blink to book a room there guys it is definitely worth it!

Amazing experience at Una Vida. The staff and service is excellent, the plunge room was spectacular and the food was great too. They can improve their coffee but overall loved the experience. The complimentary yoga at Bardo was great as well. Special call out for Aristides, who made us feel so welcomed and was always super responsive. Will def come back!

My husband and I just returned from the most amazing trip to Una Vida. It all started with Mara and her amazing assistance with making it the perfect trip and then greeted by Ari and his attention to detail with showing us the whole resort and with them being there for us every second of the trip. I am overwhelmed with all of the staff. We felt like king and queen all week. All i can say is we can’t wait to go back already! Thank you for making this such a memorable experience!!! Highly recommend Una Vida ???
