★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobraron extra por todo, desde la forma de la uña, me querían cobrar extra por ponerme esmalte normal y además al final me dijeron que solo se podía poner gelish con el tipo de uña qué me puse y salía mucho más caro, también ya habíamos elegido un color especifico y hasta después dicen que no lo tienen. Pésimo servicio y me parece muy depecionante qué no digan los precios desde un principio y que quieran elegir todo por ti

The worst service I have received and the most expensive service I have paid in my life just for being a foreigner, they charged me 1,700 Mexican pesos for nails, hands and feet. It is incredible. 1: llegué a las 4:00 y me pidieron que regresara a las 7:00 que estaban llenas. Llegué 7:00 en punto y me hicieron esperar casi 45 minutos.
2: la señorita que me iba a atender se llama Ale, la vi durante 45 minutos hacer un pedicure, entonces ya que terminó me llamó para iniciar mi servicio, me fui a lavar las manos antes de que Ella me tocara y al volver le pedi que también se las lavara por que acababa de agarrar unos pies y me daba asco que me hiciera mi servicio asi. (Consudero que tengo detecho a exigir HIGIENE Básica) pero entonces Se molestó (no se lavó las manos en ningún momento) y mejor le pidió a au compañera que me atendiera.
3: el lugar esta asqueroso, polvo de uñas por todas partes, se ve sucio todo y muy descuidado, las sillas te da miedo sentarte por que están super maltratadas.
la chava que me atendió Patsy, la verdad muy amable y me gustó su trabajo pero le pongo una estrella a mi experiencia y desgraciadamente….debut y despedida!
Terrible service
1: I arrived at 4:00 and they asked me to come back at 7:00 they were full. I arrived at 7:00 sharp and they made me wait almost 45 minutes.
2: The lady who was going to serve me is called Ale, I watched her do a pedicure for 45 minutes, then when she finished she called me to start my service, I went to wash my hands before she touched me and when I came back I asked her that he also wash them because he had just grabbed some feet and I was disgusted that he did my service like that. (I consider that I have the right to demand Basic HYGIENE) but then he got upset (he did not wash his hands at any time) and better asked his partner to attend to me.
3: the place is disgusting, nail dust everywhere, everything looks dirty and very neglected, the chairs make you afraid to sit down because they are super battered.
the girl who attended me Patsy, the truth is very kind and I liked her work but I put a star to my experience and unfortunately….debut and farewell!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí que solamente me retiraran gelish y así me dejaron las uñas, no me lo retiraron por completo, están mordidas mis uñas y me las dejaron muy adoloridas por la forma en que utilizaron la lima.
No lo recomiendo, aparte sus precios son caros, está sucio y están comiendo en las mesas de trabajo.
I asked that they only remove gelish and they left my nails that way, they did not remove it completely, my nails are bitten and they left them very sore because of the way they used the file.
I don't recommend it, apart from that its prices are expensive, it's dirty and they are eating at work tables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima calidad.. es la primera vez que me pongo uñas en ese lugar.... las uñas aparte de que me cobraron muchísimo cuando eran super sencillas..solo me duraron una semana ya que el acrilico se levanto, la capa de gel se cuarteo y aun peor se mancharon... dinero prácticamente a la basura.. unas uñas bien echas te duran aprox el mes...en definitiva no volvería a ponerme uñas en ese lugar...solo es tirar el dinero a la basura..
Poor quality .. it is the first time that I put nails in that place .... the nails apart from the fact that they charged me a lot when they were super simple .. they only lasted a week since the acrylic rose, the gel layer was quartering and even worse they stained ... money practically in the garbage ... well done nails last you about a month ... in short I would not put nails in that place again ... it is just throwing the money in the garbage. .
