★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, ya había venido a esta sucursal antes y todo bien, son muy amables, hacen lindas uñas. Tienen gran área de oportunidad en la organización de sus citas. Alguien que ya sacó una cita, no debería esperar más de 30 minutos. Ahora bien, fui hace una semana, me realicé manicura y uñas de gel. Las uñas muy bonitas, pero no parecia que me hubieran hecho el manicure. Agende otra cita porque hay garantía de esto, me hicieron esperar más de 30 minutos teniendo cita, la chica que me atendió desde la semana pasada, como si me estuviera haciendo un favor por un mal trabajo suyo... Yo entendería que hubiera aceptado el error, pero no, fue más como " esque a algunas les crece muy rápido la cutícula", tal vez si hubiera tenido una buena manicura, no estaría de regreso, en fin, estuve desde las 12:00, me pasaron a las 12:35, salí a la 1:35 y solo fue de nuevo la manicura y me arregló dos uñas porque el gel que al menos debe durar 10 - 15 días solo duró 5 días en dos dedos, se levantó el esmalte. De saber que me iban a hacer esperar tanto tiempo, cero ganas en esta cita, mejor yo sólita me hacia la manicura.
El diseño de uñas es bonito, pero definitivamente no volvería a regresar. Primera foto de como habían quedado, segunda foto del arreglo de las dos uñas de gel índice y dedo de en medio más la "manicura" juzguen ustedes mismas.
