★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepción total de GLAM UÑAS el día de ayer (02/02/19) acudí a este establecimiento para sacar una cita(por que ya saben que si no sacas cita, difícilmente te atienden en cualquier lugar) y la persona q me atendió mientras realizaba un servicio y de muy malos modos me pregunto que me quería realizar, le comente que era solo gelish para mi y para mi mamá a lo que ella me preguntó que para cuando quería mi cita el le conteste q para el lunes, respondiendome de muy mal modo que el lunes no iban a atender por lo que acordamos que sería el día de hoy domingo (03/12/2019), a las 11:00, anotó el de nombre de mi mamá y el mío así como de mi número de celular en un cuaderno y me dio una tarjeta en la que en la en su anverso viene el nombre de Lilia a Zistecatl, el día de hoy acudimos al local a las 11:00 horas y también se encontraba otra persona sentada en una jardinera esperando a que abrieran, y le preguntamos si esperaba y ella nos respondió que si, posteriormente dos empleadas llegaron al lugar, una de ella lo abrió y la otra chica nos preguntó que si también teníamos cita, por lo que le llamó a otra persona por teléfono, se disculpo con nosotras y nos dijo que se le habían duplicado las citas que si queríamos que nos atendieran fuéramos a las 15:00 por lo que le comenté que íbamos a buscar otro lugar y así fue acudimos a UÑAS FINAS de Plaza Tepeyac en donde muy amable nos atendieron y realizaron lo servicios de #gelish, quedamos muy contentas y satisfechas con el trabajoque nos realizaron, seguramente continuaremos acudiendo toda vez que vimos que van a renovar su mobiliario de trabajo ?
Total disappointment of GLAM UÑAS yesterday (02/02/19) I went to this establishment to make an appointment (because they already know that if you do not make an appointment, they hardly treat you anywhere) and the person who attended me while I was doing a service and in very bad ways I wonder what I wanted to do, I commented that it was only gelish for me and for my mom to what she asked me that when I wanted my appointment he answered that by Monday, responding to me from very bad so that on Monday they would not attend so we agreed that it would be today Sunday (03/12/2019), at 11:00, noted the name of my mom and mine as well as my cell phone number in a notebook and gave me a card in which on the obverse comes the name of Lilia to Zistecatl, today we went to the premises at 11:00 and there was another person sitting in a window waiting for opened, and we asked her if she expected and she answered that yes, later two employees came to the place, one of them opened it and the other girl asked us if we also had an appointment, so she called another person by phone, she apologized to us and told us that her appointments had been duplicated if we wanted to that we were attended to at 3:00 pm so I told him that we were going to look for another place and that's how we went to FINAL NAILS in Plaza Tepeyac where they kindly attended us and performed the services of #gelish, we were very happy and satisfied with the work they did us, surely we will continue going every time we saw that they are going to renovate their work furniture ?
