Pésimo servicio. Empezando con que la señorita atiende de súper mala gana, con mala cara, como si me estuviera haciendo un favor. Fuimos mi mami y yo, no nos comentó la dinámica de citas, nos dijo que regresemos en determinada hora que tenía un huequito libre, así lo hicimos. Regresamos y estaba atendiendo a otra chica, decidimos esperar. Cabe resaltar que con la otra chica se puso a platicar, le ofreció hasta a un vasito de coca-cola y a nosotras nada, lit como si no estuviéramos allí. Mi mamá entonces le preguntó si nos atendería, si no para ir a otro sitio, y la señorita pone cara como si hubiésemos insultado a toda su familia, y ya, terminando con la otra chica, sigo yo. Le comento de qué color sería mi vestido, esperando que me dé ideas o algún catálogo mínimo (como han hecho en otras estéticas/nails studio a los que he ido), y nada, sigue con su cara de enojo, y con toda la agresividad del mundo, empieza a decorar mis uñas, de un color neutro que pregunté si tenía (pues de nuevo, no me dio sugerencias ni nada por el estilo). Nos la recomendaron, pero realmente la atención al cliente deja MUCHO qué desear. No pierdan su tiempo con ella.

My mom and I went, she didn't tell us about the dynamics of dating, she told us to come back at a certain time that she had a free slot, so we did. We came back and she was attending to another girl, we decided to wait. It should be noted that with the other girl she began to talk, she even offered a glass of coca-cola and nothing to us, lit as if we were not there. My mom then asked her if she would attend to us, if not to go somewhere else, and the lady makes a face as if we had insulted her entire family, and already, finishing with the other girl, I continue. I tell him what color my dress would be, hoping that he will give me ideas or some minimal catalog (as they have done in other aesthetics/nail studios I have been to), and nothing, he continues with his angry face, and with all the aggressiveness in the world, he starts decorating my nails, a neutral color that I asked if he had (well, again, he didn't give me any suggestions or anything like that). It was recommended to us, but really the customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. Don't waste your time with her.
