★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment yesterday for 10am today. Sign says open, phones ringing, nothing. ? Nope! Complete waste of time and I guarantee they don’t care. Customer service matters more than anything, of course they don’t adhere to that. Would never ever recommend such a business.

I was at a nail table had my upper body twisted for nail tech and lower body twisted with feet in a plastic tub getting pedi on her knee. it was very uncomfortable and I left with a $1000 peso bill plus tip for a horrible twisted spa treatment. it was about them making fast money not my enjoyment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do nice work here. Very clean. However, very slow. (They show up 15 mins late to work for earliesr appt), gel fill nails takes over an hour. I've seen them tell multiple people they dont have reservation & customers are angry. (Much cheaper than u.s.) Don't book a pedicure & nail fill at same time, or they will put your feet in pan of water, while you sit at nail station, one doing your pedicure & one doing your nails. Strange. I've only been to location at Galleria Mall where the cruise ships dock. It's a nice salon tho, & the gals are very nice. I've only seen one person that can speak English there. Living in Puerto Vallarta, I can say that some salons here are scary - this place is nice.
