I have NEVER had a manicure like the treatment I received at Unas Norma in the marina (Puerto Vallarta). I didn't think to take before and after pictures, but my gel manicure was absolutely perfect. The staff is extremely professional, the salon is meticulous, and it was superb!

Had a great manicure and spa pedicure. Sat in the chair with automatic massage. Truly lovely and refreshing. Staff was professional and took their time. My husband joined me for a manicure and pedicure. He loved it as well. Wish I could find a salon in NYC as good!

Disappointed... Not sure why both times I went I was not offered a bottle of water like other clients. Also, I had booked a simple pedicure, it wasn't indicated as such or it was just decided that I would be given full treatment. I refused massage and parrafin etc when they explained what was going on. I was basically charged 800+$ for changing my gel. I didn't even turn on the massage chair. Too bad... as this was a highly recommended place and I was willing to pay the premium $ vs other places around. Kind of regretting I did. The place is clean and the products are good quality.

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY RIP YOU OFF. They are not upfront about their pricing, and surprise you with a big bill. In Mexico, I usually pay anywhere between $700-$900 pesos for a full acrylic set with gel polish and gel pedicure. I got a gel pedicure and dip manicure with gel polish and it cost $1,700 pesos!!!! They charge you for every single thing separately without telling you how much it costs. I asked for a new set of nails. Instead of charing to remove the previous set, they made me pay to remove the gel, to cut your cuticles, to paint my nails, to have gel polish and apply a new set. It is normal to pay for the removal of your previous set, and then a new set, but you do not have to pay for the manicure or the polish. This place is TERRIBLE! Save your money and go to Marina Spa. Also, other great places in PV that are honest about pricing, don't rip you off and are cute inside are Classy Nails, Pinky Bee and Glam House.
