★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía expectativas altas debido a las reseñas y por sus publicaciones de Instagram, sin embargo creo que este lugar está sobrevalorado, se encontraban 2 chicas las cuales eran empleadas y no traían cubrebocas y uno de los dueños, me preocupé que no trajeran cubrebocas por todo el asunto de el COVID y porque están haciendo un servicio.Ellos siempre dicen en redes que te pueden cotizar si les mandas mensaje directo lo cual hice anteriormente a mi cita y me dijeron un precio, entonces le mostré la foto al el chico que me iba a atender y me subió el precio como $100, yo le dije que se me había extraño porque ya me las habían cotizado y yo ya había especificado todo anteriormente a mi cita, el largo que quería, colores, etc; entonces decidí hacerme otra cosa porque no iba a pagar tanto dinero, me dijo el precio y procedí, me empezó a hacer las uñas y noté que el acrílico no era bueno porque era demasiado transparente al aplicarse de manera que tuvieron que ser varias capas, lo que hizo que se me empezara a escurrí el acrílico por las manos, lo peor creo que fue el hecho de que solo me limaron las uñas, hicieron una acumulación horrible de acrílico y se pasaron como 45 min tratando de rebajarlo envés de usar el taladro que estaba ahí, yo la verdad ya me quería ir pues estaban quedando horrendas. Las terminaron y me dejaron las manos todas sucias por el escurrimiento del acrílico y como con polvo de lima; yo estoy consiente de que han hecho diseños muy bonitos o bien hechos pero no se me hace justo que solo a sus clientas recurrentes o a quienes ellos elijan les hagan bien las uñas, y también no se quien maneje su insta pero que desastre, digo no sé quien conteste o publique pero como que no se acomodan bien los precios entre ellos. Muy decepcionada no volvería a ir :(.
I had high expectations due to the reviews and their Instagram posts, however I think this place is overrated, there were 2 girls who were employees and were not wearing a mask and one of the owners, I was worried that they were not wearing a mask for the whole matter of the COVID and because they are doing a service. They always say on networks that they can quote you if you send them a direct message, which I did before my appointment and they told me a price, so I showed the photo to the boy who was going to attend and he raised the price about $100, I told him that he had missed me because they had already quoted them and I had already specified everything before my appointment, the length I wanted, colors, etc; so I decided to do something else because I wasn't going to pay that much money, he told me the price and I proceeded, he started doing my nails and I noticed that the acrylic was not good because it was too transparent when applied so it had to be several layers, which that made me start to run the acrylic through my hands, the worst thing I think was the fact that they only filed my nails, they made a horrible accumulation of acrylic and they spent like 45 min trying to reduce it instead of using the drill that It was there, I really wanted to leave because they were getting horrendous. They finished them and left my hands all dirty from the runoff of the acrylic and as if with lime powder; I am aware that they have made very nice or well-made designs, but it does not seem fair to me that only their recurring clients or those they choose have their nails done well, and I also do not know who manages their insta but what a disaster, I say I do not know who answers or publishes but as prices do not fit well between them. Very disappointed I would not go again :(.
