★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumpliron con lo que ofrecia el paquete que contratamos, nos dejaron sin algunos alimentos y tuvimos que costearlos nosotros, la verdad fue muy incomodo porque el paquete era todo incluido y a la hora de hacerlo efectivo te salen que no tienes derecho a varias comidas y tu presupuesto ya no te alcanza, nadie te resuelve porque estas en otro pais y cuando fui a la agencia a hacer la aclaracion me salen con que van a ver que dicen sus jefes, haber si me pueden devolver el importe, total que no me reenvolsaron nada, eso habla muy mal de esta agencia.
They did not comply with what the package that we hired offered, they left us without some food and we had to pay for them, the truth was very uncomfortable because the package was all included and when making it effective you leave that you do not have the right to several meals and you budget does not reach you anymore, nobody solves you because you are in another country and when I went to the agency to make the clarification they leave me with that they will see what their bosses say, if they can refund the amount, total that they did not repay me anything , that speaks very badly of this agency.
