Cuando llego el estado de cuenta fui a realizar el reclamo y me encuentro que la tienda cerró y cambio a Pabellón M. Voy allí y lógicamente no me pueden resolver y hablan al corporativo con Adriana Guerrero quien se niega a atenderme por atender una junta. Estamos desesperados no hay quien pueda ayudarnos y para colmo mañana pagamos la tarjeta de crédito con un cargo adicional. Ahora nos dicen que vayamos a resolver al banco, cuando el cobro doble lo hizo la cajera y nos prometió que no sería doble
