★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para entrenar, ves resultados muy rápido y sin dudas tiene unos coaches bien preparados que te ayudan a no sentirte torpe o que no puedes.
El equipamiento está bastante bien, hay muy poco equipo viejo y poco a poco están reemplazandolo por nuevo.
El bootcamp es algo exigente y muy fácil de aguantar a tu propio ritmo sin que tengas presión. Personalmente pienso que cualquiera puede hacerlo, así sienta que es torpe, los instructores ayudan mucho
Excellent place to train, you see results very fast and without a doubt it has some well-prepared coaches that help you not feel awkward or that you can't.
The equipment is quite good, there is very little old equipment and little by little they are replacing it with new.
The bootcamp is something demanding and very easy to endure at your own pace without pressure. Personally I think that anyone can do it, even if he feels he is clumsy, the instructors help a lot
