★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice mi reservación y hasta deposite de más a lo que te piden como mínimo, desafortunadamente en el camino una llanta se me pinchó, llame, les expliqué y aún así cancelaron mi cita y no me quisieron hacer ni el reembolso del excedente de mi mínimo. Les dije que volvía a reservar y que me lo tomaran en cuenta y me dijeron que no, que lo que me pasara no era asunto de ellos. Sinceramente estaba muy emocionada pero mostraron una actitud muy prepotente. Platicando con unas amigas me dicen que ya antes habían escuchando comentarios así o leídos comentarios negativos pero que los barran para que solo queden los buenos.
I made my reservation and even deposited more than what they ask for at least, unfortunately on the way I got a flat tire, I called, I explained to them and even so they canceled my appointment and they did not want to reimburse me for the excess of my minimum. I told them that I was booking again and that they take it into account and they told me no, that what happened to me was none of their business. I was honestly very excited but they showed a very arrogant attitude. Talking with some friends they tell me that they had heard comments like this before or read negative comments but that they should be swept away so that only the good ones remain.
