★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FATAL. La primera vez ordene un globo con mensaje personalizado y el globo llego con un mensaje totalmente diferente y dirigido a otra persona. La segunda vez mi pedido nunca llegó. No recomiendo en lo absoluto esta tienda. Fatal su servicio.
FATAL. The first time I ordered a balloon with a personalized message and the balloon arrived with a totally different message and addressed to another person. The second time my order never arrived. I do not recommend this store at all. Fatal your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habiamos hecho un pedido para el día de San Valentin y lamentablemente este no pudo llegar, me molesté bastante porque no contestaron los teléfonos en todo el día debido a que estaban saturados, sin embargo debo decir que la actitud de las personas que atienden ante el problema fue muy buena, se portaron amable aunque yo fui grosera por estar molesta y aunque el pedido no pudo llegar gestionaron rapidamente la devolución e incluso un globo para cualquier otra ocasión. Lo único que tengo para decir es que intenten manejar todo de una mejor forma en fechas especiales, pero en lo demás gracias por su buena actitud.
We had made an order for Valentine's Day and unfortunately it could not arrive, I was quite upset because they did not answer the phones throughout the day because they were saturated, however I must say that the attitude of the people who attend to the problem It was very good, they behaved kindly although I was rude to be upset and although the order could not arrive they quickly managed the return and even a balloon for any other occasion. All I have to say is that they try to handle everything in a better way on special dates, but in the rest thank you for your good attitude.

Como en cualquier compra internacional me preocupaba el pago y la entrega, pero hacer el pedido en línea fue MUY fácil. Y la entrega fue tal y como me la prometieron. Recibí confirmación de la entrega y el regalo personalizado gustó mucho.
I had a good experience managing an order for someone in Mexico from outside of Mexico. As with any international purchase, I was concerned about payment and delivery, but ordering online was VERY easy. And the delivery was just as promised. I received confirmation of delivery and the personalized gift was very appreciated.
