Dándome cuenta que no solo con algunos pacientes es un trato a todas por igual y eso sinceramente es digno de reconocimiento. Llame por teléfono y me dijeron que fuera a Qro. que ya estaban listos despue de 3 semanas,acudí y la nueva noticia es que según ellos ya se había enviado a mi clínica en San Juan del Río QRO. Van ya cuatro semanas y media y en mi clínica no se ha recibido nada y nadie sabe dónde esta mi estudio, según lo están rastreando. Esto me parece inhumano pues acudimos en busca de atención y ayuda; cosa que a nadie le parece importar They told me that they were sending me there because of the urgency of the study, I was told that at the latest in a week I would be ready, which did not happen. Call me and they told me to go to Qro. That they were ready after 3 weeks, I went and the new news is that they said it had already been sent to my clinic in San Juan del Río QRO. Me la cancelaron, a pesar de llegar a esa hora y no me quisieron reagendar la cita porque la de secretaria entraba hasta las 8:00; a pesar de que ya estaba ahí. Les expliqué que yo también entraba a esa hora y no podía esperar. Me dejaron sola en el mostrador. Mal servicio y mala actitud del personal. Bad service, I arrived 10 minutes before the appointment.
