Empieza bien con instalación rápida y los primeros meses todo bien. Pero no atienden las fallas.

No cambiaré el rating hasta que me arreglen el problema, llevo días llamando sobre el problema que tengo (a partir de las 7 hasta las 12 más o menos, se caí el internet a 5-10 MB) durante las pruebas de velocidad no tengo ningún programa pesada abierta, mi laptop es el único aparato conectado (por ethernet aparte) y las veces que llamo me dicen "lo vamos a monitorear" en dos ocasiones me procuraron enviar un técnico dentro de 24-48 horas, en ningún momento llegó (Nota adicional: la segunda vez que hicieron mención del reporte e que viniera el técnico, el primer "reporte' ni estaba en sistema aparentemente, así que asumo que dicho primer reporte jamás lo llevaron a cabo cómo me habían dicho) honestamente he sido de lo más paciente possible, pero no voy estar pagando $379 por supuestos 40 MB y estar recibiendo entre 5-10 MB por la tarde. Actualización: aún no se arregla el problema y adjunto más fotos Después de tanto, llegaron a revisar, esto se ah prolongado demasiado, sin arreglo alguno, ya que lo que me dijeron es que "el problema está en aumentar el ancho de banda, que tal vez tarde más tiempo" por lo general el seguimiento es horrible, los horarios de oficina no cuadran, ya que abren una hora después de lo que está establecido por la tarde, pésima actitud, pésima cordinación, por lo general, no lo recomiendo. Pésimo servicio, llevo 5 días sin internet y dicen que irán pero nunca van. Aparte su internet no es tan rápido como dicen a la hora de descargar cualquier cosa dura muchísimo. Lo bueno que ya cancele su servicio.

El servicio el lento y tardado en oca siones, si vas a pagar el internet no tiene sistema en las mañanas, si llamas no entra la llamada solo si es Telcel otras compañías no entran y es un inconveniente por que en lugar de marca tienes que ir personal mente y deberían modificar el horario en la tarde habré después de las 4:00 p.m. no a la hora se retrasan entre 10min o 15min
