UNHO TULUM - 77760 Tulum

Great place to stay, high quality furniture and excellent service from the host

Booked this through Airbnb. The place is new and clean. It is good for families or couples as well. The staff are helpful and welcoming. The only downside is the road to the place is not good.

We booked Unho Tulum for its beautiful design and a seemly serene atmosphere. It does look like in the photos, but if you're looking for somewhere quiet or just trying to sleep, be warned that Unho Tulum has zero policies against loud parties and prepare to pull an all-nighter. Despite its somewhat remote location, turns out, this is the place to be if you're a party animal.

We loved this place and the wonderful host Gerardo so much. The apartments themselves are so beautiful and furnished with high quality, on trend furniture and decor. Gerardo was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. Beyond helpful, kind, and friendly. Our experience would not have been nearly as good without him. I will definitely be returning to UNHO.

Newly built hotel, pretty well equiped with big rooms. Would not recommend going there just yet, lots of construction going on in the area, unpaved roads. Keep in mind to arrange some mode of transportation beforehand or upon arrival. Larger rooms are rented out to bigger groups which can, if you are unlucky, cause a lot of noise and unrest. There seems to be no policy on having parties. Hospitality of staff was ok, check in procedure was a bit unclear.

I couldn’t fault my stay at UnHo. The apartment was beautifully decorated and you knew you were in Tulum as soon as you stepped inside. The rooftop pool gets sun access from sunrise to sunset! There is parking on site as well as free access to bikes. The Manager Gerardo was really helpful with any questions and I had access to him via WhatsApp whenever needed. If you are renting a car in Tulum (definitely recommended) then this is the perfect stay. It may be a little further away from the beach than some other hotels but this is reflected in the price. At the moment there is a lot of construction nearby and the roads are not in great shape at all, but it won’t be long before the development makes this corner of Tulum an even better place to stay. Some really great restaurants close by in La Veleta if you don’t want to venture down to the beach road. I will 100% stay in Unho next time I visit Tulum!

The apartment and building was even more beautiful in person than in the photos! Beautifully decorated, so spacious, perfectly clean and parking. We had an unforgettable time and Gerardo was the best host! Highly recommend, can’t wait to be back! Thank you UNHO

Geraldo was very attentive and helpful. We had the penthouse unit with 3 bedrooms, the full bathrooms and private pool. Beautiful unit! Relaxing atmosphere and close enough to the city center and 15-20 minutes to the beach. I would definitely stay again! Only suggestions would be: a larger hot water heater for an almost 2000 square foot condo and maybe a TV in the living room (but not necessary).
