Único Avandaro Hotel Boutique - 51200 Valle de Bravo

El hotel es increíblemente bonito, las instalaciones nuevas y cuidadas y los jardines espectaculares. La atención del personal es muy buena y sin duda volvería PEEEEERO si hay algunos detalles que a mi pareja y a mi no nos parecieron. 1- todo te cobran, y está bien, pero ni una cortesía en la habitación para hacer sentir al huésped en un lugar "único". Hay hoteles de mejor precio que si las dan en Valle de Bravo por ejemplo. 2- la comida no es rica, la anuncian con bombo y platillo y la verdad es que no es de lo mejor y 3- la alberca estaba en remodelación y todo lo que arreglaban por fuera, cayó dentro del agua y se veía sucia. En los tres días que estuve, jamás la limpiaron. Solo obtuve un "esperemos que a la próxima si estadía sea como usted desea" por respuesta.

El hotel no es boutique, no tiene bata de baño, pantuflas, tollas faciales, el desayuno solo hay dos opciones, huevos al gusto y chilaquiles, el servicio ya sea en restaurante o al cuarto de 8:30am hasta las 10 pm. La entra al cuarto standar es por puertas de cancel, no hay aire acondicionado y solo ventilador de techo que no sirve para nada, además no tienen ventiladores para ayudar a refrescar, existe servibar vacío, que esto no es de un hotel boutique. Definitivamente el costo no vale la pena, yo no recomiendo que alguien se hospede aquí

Son unos transas , haces la reserva por booking y por un inconveniente de covid se cancela por medio de booking y toda la documentación la tiene booking de cancelación , pero el hotel si hace el cargo y el hotel se deslinda dl cargo y no quiere hacer reembolso , no se paren en este hotel y la que supuestamante es de atención a clientes del hotel Alma Rojas es una persona que no debe de estar en atención a clientes del hotel cero preparación y a booking quiten ese hotel de su plataforma por que solo les resta reputación a Uds , pésima experiencia con el HOTEL UNICO VALLE DE BRAVO.

Do not stay - false advertising - room NOT as described, very noisy, small, and no AC or ventilation False advertising! Listed as "Soundproof" but the noise was horrible. There was a metal staircase somewhere above that reverberated through the walls and the noise through the walls from neighbors talking and a baby crying ruined our sleep. There was random alarm bells going off like in a school or a fire alarm. The bathroom door had no dampener and was really loud to open and close. Our room was advertised as 538 square feet but it was half that size or less! It says online that there would be a sofa, but there was not. It said there would be a sitting area - there was only a small chair with a thin wall between it and the toilet, and nobody wants to listen to that. It says there is a walk-in closet but there was only a small closet. No air conditioning and no ventilation! The one combined window and entrance was soaked in condensation after a shower each morning. There is a ceiling fan but it randomly turned its light on in the middle of the night! The water is either completely cold or so hot it burns you - only several minutes into a shower does the temperature even out when you hear a change in the pressure in the pipes. The bed was mediocre at best. I'm a side sleeper and my hips hurt. It seemed to have a plastic liner as it crinkled when I rolled around.

Traditional chic styling boutique hotel, comfortable rooms, relaxed ambiance, immaculate, well maintained facilities, outstanding standard accommodations (fireplace in room), friendly service, expedited response to call, impecable grounds. Staff goes the extra mile to make their guests feel at home. Would definitely come back and sincerely recommend.

A great place to stay in Avandaro. Only a short walk from the town centre and a short drive from other places of interest in Valle de Bravo. Lovely little restaurant with lots of open spaces,a great heated pool and even a small jungle gym. I stayed in a family room which had two bedrooms, an ample common area and a private patio. Overall it was cozy. The food in the restaurant was great and staff were friendly and courteous. It was an excellent experience.

To expensive. Rooms are not to big, and it doesn't have air-conditioning. Restaurant is supposed to open at 8:00 ended opening at 8:30. For room price it should have a five star service and it doesn't.
