Llegué a esta empresa través de Google Maps y es por esto quiero evitar que otras personas tengan este problema.
Tomen en cuenta lo siguiente:
1. Las cuentas de la empresa están a nombre de un tercero (Del gerente CEO), el vendedor te dice que la empresa tiene su propia cuenta, pero es mentira. Esto se comprueba haciendo un depósito de 0.01 centavos a través de SPEI y posteriormente descargando el comprobante de transferencia.
2. No manejan contrato para el apartado, por lo que si cancelas (por las razones que tu quieras y como consumidor estás en todo tu derecho) ellos te argumentan que se quedan con el 100%, es decir, no te devuelven nada, te dan otros argumentos que los dueños son de Guadalajara (por supuesto es mentira) y no te dan más explicaciones. Para este caso acudir a PROFECO solo así te devuelven tu dinero (Así lo hice y me devolvieron el 100%).
3. UNICO DUEÑO S.A. de C.V. NO APARECE en los registros públicos de empresas. Están operando bajo otro nombre de sociedad que no lo han hecho público.

I came to this company through Google Maps and this is why I want to prevent other people from having this problem.
Please note the following:
