★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente y cuando fui a hacer una reclamación sobre eso ya que era un tema que estaba y podía afectarme a mi como estudiante se dieron la vuelta y se vieron entre si y se burlaron de la situación ( ya se habían hecho más reclamaciones sobre el de parte de otros estudiantes y nunca resolvieron nada)
 Terrible customer service and when I went to make a complaint about that since it was an issue that was and could affect me as a student they turned around and saw each other and made fun of the situation (more complaints had already been made about the one from other students and they never solved anything)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bajo nivel de educación, a la gente de administración solo le importa cobrar, no hay apoyo de ningún sentido para alumnos, los coordinadores parecen maquinitas solo cobrando mes con mes, amenazan con quitar becas y en vdd el nivel es de una primaria de pueblo
Low level of education, the administration people only care about charging, there is no support of any sense for students, the coordinators look like little machines only charging month by month, they threaten to take away scholarships and in vdd the level is of a village primary

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues yo tuve muy mala experiencia con UNID, se unió con GRUPO PIMEX para ofrecer cursos de Inglés a bajo costo (que no era tan bajo), dicho curso comenzó en febrero de éste año 2020 y en marzo fué cuando desafortunadamente nos sorprendió la pandemia, pues apartir de ahí ya no nos atendieron para nada, GRUPO PIMEX a través de UNID nunca nos dió clase y que decir del material que nunca nos entregaron y que ellos GRUPO PIMEX y UNID a la hora de cobrar si se pusieron muy exigentes que ya lo teníamos que pagar en ese momento para asegurar nuestro lugar en el grupo. Antes de que se cumpliera el plazo de 4 meses que era la duración del curso solicité a UNID mi reembolso y me contestaban todos mis mensajes muy "amablemente" pero nunca me reembolsaron. Tengan mucho cuidado porque lo barato sale caro. Definitivamente no recomiendo ni los cursos de GRUPO PIMEX ni a UNID.
Well, I had a very bad experience with UNID, it joined with GRUPO PIMEX to offer English courses at low cost (which was not that low), said course began in February of this year 2020 and in March was when the pandemic unfortunately surprised us, Well, from there they no longer attended us at all, GRUPO PIMEX through UNID never gave us classes and what to say about the material that they never gave us and that they GRUPO PIMEX and UNID when it came to charging if they got too demanding that they already did. we had to pay at that time to secure our place in the group. Before the term of 4 months that was the duration of the course expired, I requested my refund from UNID and they answered all my messages very "kindly" but they never reimbursed me. Be very careful because cheap is expensive. I definitely do not recommend GRUPO PIMEX or UNID courses.

Very parenting facilities, clean and very friendly staff, they also have an excellent educational level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO!!!! TENGO DOS AÑOS ESPERANDO A QUE ME ENTREGUEN MI TÍTULO, PAGUE EN TIEMPO Y FORMA, ENTREGUE MIS PAPELES EN TIENPO Y FORMA. TIENEN DOS AÑOS DICIENDO LO MISMO “QUE ESTÁN CON LO REZAGADOS” ESE NO ES MI PROBLEMA.
MI RECOMENDACIÓN: NI DE CHISTE INGRESEN A ESTUDIAR A ESTÁ UNIVERSIDAD
APPALLING!!!! I HAVE TWO YEARS WAITING FOR MY DEGREE TO BE DELIVERED, PAY IN TIME AND FORM, DELIVER MY PAPERS IN TIME AND FORM. THEY HAVE TWO YEARS OLD SAYING THE SAME THING "THEY ARE WITH THE BACKWARDS" THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM.
MY RECOMMENDATION: DON'T JOKE THIS UNIVERSITY TO STUDY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad experience, it takes tooooo long to get in touch and get an answer from them; avoiding questions and replying quite after time or just not getting back to you. Very upset to meet a place like it. Hope you get better sooner. Now with covid they still haven’t find the right tight way to keep people and students happy as it has to be done, but well ??♂️ Is not done thats why i am very unhappy with the UNID and i am still waiting for the answer cause they dont know how to deal with their own issues. If helps please look for other schools as i have met loads of people complaining about UNID and they still do not care after many years. Dont waste your time and use the time looking for the right school for you, be clever and shoose a good school, not that
