Ayer marqué para agendar cita para hoy a las 10:00 am, llegué puntal para que me pudieran atender y resulta que la ginecóloga se fue a una cirugía a Satélite. La recepcionista de nombre Rosa fue muy amable pero ella no era la doctora, aún así se permitió mandarme a hacer estudios disque para ahorrarme una consulta. Esto es falta de profesionalismo por jugar con el tiempo y la salud de las personas. Cabe mencionar que cuando llegué, estaba sola la recepcionista, y los consultorios se veían vacíos porque tenían las puertas abiertas.

Yesterday I dialed to make an appointment for today at 10:00 am, I arrived at the top so they could attend to me and it turns out that the gynecologist went to Satellite for surgery. The receptionist named Rosa was very friendly but she was not the doctor, yet she allowed me to send me to do dial-up studies to save me a consultation. This is a lack of professionalism for playing with time and people's health. It is worth mentioning that when I arrived, the receptionist was alone, and the offices looked empty because the doors were open.
