A service not terrible, super terrible, they do not even know where to send people, I have 4 days to find where to deliver the document and I have not been able to fix it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de las carencias q tienen para realizar una denuncia, la atención y el trato es excelente, mi reconocimiento al personal y en especial a la agente del ministerio público por su disposición y ayuda al realizar mi denuncia.
Despite the shortcomings they have to make a complaint, the attention and treatment is excellent, my gratitude to the staff and especially to the public prosecutor for their willingness and help in making my complaint.
