★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En atención al público es lo peor que hay, y es en toda la extensión de la palabra, en el área covid, no atienden a los niños, qué (por qué a los niños no les da covid, y le quitan el lugar a los trabajadores, literalmente eso fue lo que me dijeron cuando llevé a mis hijos adolescentes pues tuvieron contacto con migo que fui positivo, y tuve que llevarlos a otro lado para que les realizarán la prueba y como era de esperar dieron positivo. después de que termine mi incapacidad por los días que me dieron, regrese para revalorizacion, pues aún tenia síntomas y me negaron el servicio, diciendo que ya no se realizaban 2 pruebas mi altas médicas y tampoco revalorizaciones, que asi como terminaba la incapacidad era irse a trabajar y ya. Cabe mencionar que pase a solicitar el alta medica para poder presentarme a trabajar, pues en mi trabajo la requieren por seguridad, y en la dirección me mandaron con la coordinadora de medicos, misma que ni siquiera escuchaba la petición, solo se limitaba a decir, " ya no hay mas incapacidad, ni pruebas, váyase a trabajar." después de salir echando madres de ahi, fui a realizarme una prueba a un particular y sorpresa, di a positivo todavía, ( dicen que uno tiene que cuidarse y no contagiar a nadie, pero con las supuestas medidas que toman, eso no es posible), ya con mi resultado de la prueba en la mano, fui para revalorizar mi caso, y aun así me salieron con que no hay más incapacidades que así hay que irse a trabajar, así que en verdad no hay forma de justificar la falta de empatia y respetó por la vida que aquí hay, por parte de los encargados y sus trabajadores, ( se que no todos son responsables de esta conducta y que se esfuerzan por ser profesionales, pero es lamentable que los de puestos superiores los hagan ver tan mal). Lamentable el servicio que dan.
In attention to the public it is the worst thing there is, and it is in the whole extension of the word, in the covid area, they do not attend to children, what (why do children not get covid, and they take away the place from the workers, literally that was what they told me when I took my teenage children because they had contact with me that I was positive, and I had to take them to another place to be tested and as expected they were positive after I finished my disability for the days they gave me, I came back for revaluation, because I still had symptoms and they denied me the service, saying that they no longer carried out 2 tests on my medical discharges and no revaluations, that just as the disability ended, I had to go to work and that's it. It is worth mentioning that I went on to request a medical discharge to be able to go to work, because in my work they require it for safety, and at the address they sent me to the medical coordinator, who did not even listen to the request, she only limited herself to say, "there is no more disability, no tests, go to work." After I got out of there, I went to take a test to a private individual and surprise, I still tested positive, (they say that one has to take care of oneself and not infecting anyone, but with the supposed measures they take, that is not possible), already with my test result in hand, I went to reassess my case, and even so they came up with the fact that there are no more disabilities than that. go to work, so there is really no way to justify the lack of empathy and respect for life that exists here, on the part of the managers and their workers, (I know that not everyone is responsible for this behavior and that they strive to be professionals, but it's unfortunate that those in higher positions make them look so bad). The service they provide is unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La secretaria o enfermera de consultorio 11 del turno vespertino es una persona déspota que ni le gusta trabajar y atiende de una manera grosera. Ya sabía que el imss tiene esta fama y confirmó que es un servicio pésimo, es horrible que nuestros impuestos se vayan con trabajadores así.
