★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían de insitar al derechohabiente y/o familiar que acuden a consulta que las salas de espera no es lugar para estar escuchando música en celulares con volúmen alto, incomoda a las demás personas.
 They should urge the beneficiary and/or family member who come for consultation that waiting rooms are not a place to listen to music on cell phones at high volume, it makes other people uncomfortable.
