★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues para tramites y consultas ya saben el servicio que brinda el seguro. Algo tardado pero en ocasiones no queda de otra mas que esperar, esperar y esperar que no me vaya a llegar la muerte en la sala de espera por que si tardan un buen de tiempo en atender.
Well, for procedures and inquiries you already know the service provided by the insurance. Something delayed but sometimes there is nothing left but to wait, wait and hope that death will not come to me in the waiting room because if they take a good time to attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardado siempre pero así ha sido y será siempre el servicio brindado a los derechohabientes, luego no existe coordinación entre el personal pues te citan 1 mes después y el Dr. Que te atiende dice "No hubiese esperado tanto tiempo"....
Always delayed but so has been and always will be the service provided to the beneficiaries, then there is no coordination between the staff because they quote you 1 month later and the Dr. who attends you says "I would not have waited so long" ...
