Today Friday January 5, 2018 I attended the clinic at 5:40 am to make an appointment or "get on file" for medical assistance. When arriving at the place there is a sign that says that only 12 tokens will be given in the afternoon shift because the other doctor is on vacation. Talking with the people present, it was commented that of the 18 that there were only two, they would come to the consultation, the others were only going to pick up medicine or because of a disability, I wonder, the parasite of the doctor at which time he works? The staff that works in that place, because I can't call it a clinic, is quite incompetent "the personal security label", a young man with dark complexion, he squashes in a chair inside an office watching Dragon Ball Z movies and annoying when you go to request reports.
