Con mi familia siempre fuimos clientes y han descuidado mucho su calidad. Especialmente en el trato. Como podemos confiar en una empresa así? Les urge capacitación en trato humano al cliente. P	Paola Muñoz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo vi muchos comentarios malos y la verdad si pense mil cosas negativas, aun asi decidi ir por que era la mejor opcion y la verdad supero mis expectativas, muy buena organizacion, la atencion fue muy rapida, al igual que la atencion de todo el personal, muy amables, a mi me hicieron sentir muy comoda y segura desde que entre hasta en la toma de las muestras. Yo recomiendo mucho este lugar, si es la mejor clinica a la que ido en cuanto a todo, no se guien mucho por los comentarios, vivan su experiencia que siempre sera lo mejor. Los resultados te los envian por correo electronico y en fisico tu pasas a recojerlos ahi. Las instalacion estan muy bien muy aseado el lugar, y siguen todos los protocolos. Sin duda 5 estrellas para este lugar. Acudí al laboratorio por indicaciones de la pediatra de mi bebe de 10 días y el personal que realizo el estudio en primera instancia Alexey Haran D le reventó la venita(sus palabras), ya que utilizo una jeringa normal para la extracción de la muestra, tuvo que acudir otra enfermera para realizar correctamente su trabajo, al cuestior el hecho, se mostró tan indiferente y despreocupado. Para nada sigue el personal la misión de la empresa, "servicio auténtico, humano y ético..." y no se diga el valor de EXCELENCIA. Al tratar de solicitar hablar con la/el responsable para emitir mi queja, me atendió amablemente una señorita de recepción, pero que no podía hacer nada por que a esa hora 19:00 hrs ya no se encontraba el jefe de laboratorio, como es posible que no haya alguna persona responsable y que de solución, se esta pagando por el servicio. m	martha aguayo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este laboratorio te cobra 30-40% más que otros y su servicio es pésimo, me tocó ir por una tomografía simple de cráneo para un adulto mayor y desde la recepcionista que me dio la cita, te atienden de mala manera, como si te hicieran un favor. Primero no entendían la orden médica, tuve que hablar al doctor para que les explicara, después las indicaciones incorrectas para la preparación del paciente tuvieron que repetir la tomografía por su falta de conocimiento. Por si no fuera suficiente, al pagar pido factura y me dicen que tengo un aviso del SAT que mi código postal está mal pero que harán el favor de facturar, lo cual fue falso ya que días después acudo a otro laboratorio en donde tiene una pantalla para que el cliente valide los datos de facturación y me doy cuenta que mi C.P. y toda mi información es correcta. Deberían de revisar su certificación porque de nada les está sirviendo.
