D	Dulce Monserrath Cardenas Castro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio a las sras que reaponden en servicios escolares, llame desde otro estado solicitando información que ellas deben darme de forma amable y veraz, y lo único que recibí fue que me Colgarán dejándome con “la palabra en la boca”, llame de nuevo y me responde otra persona, al pedirle que no colgara se justifico diciendo que ella no fue quién me colgó; pero se escucha que le dice de forma incorrecta (incitando a la violencia) a quién si colgó mi llamada, que le estaban reclamando!! (Yo solo pedí que no colgaran y atendieran mi solicitud). La misma persona me volvió a colgar! Llame de nuevo y pedí me atendiera alguien diferente, al final esa persona si me indicó los pasos a seguir para mi Trámite. Soy egresada de esa facultad, y si así se portan no quiero saber como carambas atienden a extranjeros! Pero; ¿Qué se creen estas sras para ser tan groseras? Por los estudiantes es que ustedes comen y llevan ese puesto que tanto les enfatiza el Copete!! Sean mejores personas y servidores que nosotros no somos responsables de sus problemas personales y laborales. Respeto para ser respetadas. A la UAS le pido que ponga personal Competente y cordial. Hagan valorar su calidad como institución. Bad service to the schools that reaponden in school services, call from another state requesting information that they should give me kindly and truthfully, and the only thing I received was that they will hang me leaving me with "the word in my mouth", call again and another person responds to me, when asking him not to hang up he justified saying that she was not the one who hung me up; but you hear that he tells you incorrectly (inciting violence) who if he hung up my call, that they were claiming him !! (I just asked that they not hang up and take my request). The same person hanged me again! I called again and asked for someone to attend to me, in the end that person if he told me the steps to follow for my procedure. I am a graduate of that faculty, and if they behave like that, I do not want to know how they cater to foreigners! But; What do these sisters believe to be so rude? For the students it is that you eat and carry that position that both the Pompadour!! Be better people and servants than we are not responsible for your personal and work problems. Respect to be respected. I ask the UAS to put personal Competent and cordial. Have your quality assessed as an institution.

Y los pagos se tiene que realizar en el banco. They are not answering calls, you have to show up at the offices with the documents, they are from 9:00 am. At 1:00 pm.
