★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es poco servicial. Es polvoso, mal organizado y lleno de autos mal estacionados. Desafortunadamente es el lugar donde tienes que ir si eres multado en carretera por policía estatal. En este lugar se encuentra también el registro civil y otras oficinas. Los baños son apestosos y en mal estado. No hay tiendas cerca,as que una máquina de golosinas. Las cajas de cobro son terriblemente lentas.
The place is unhelpful. It is dusty, poorly organized and full of badly parked cars. Unfortunately it is the place where you have to go if you are fined on the road by state police. In this place there is also the civil registry and other offices. The bathrooms are stinky and in poor condition. There are no stores nearby, so a candy machine. The collection boxes are terribly slow.

Trabajadores con recursos del Municipio, trabajen con dedicación, y aprovechen la oportunidad de estar ahí.
No cobren por cobrar.. a trabajar.......
The Service is always inefficient. They never answer calls. And the reports never happen on time.
Workers with resources from the Municipality, work with dedication, and take the opportunity to be there.
