★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento el servicio, solo ay 1 persona para realizar todo el proceso si llegas a las 7 de la mañana... Primero se pone a registrar todos los autos que llegaron y hasta terminar este proceso comienzan a realizar la verificacion de las unidades...pesimo servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un robo éste lugar vayan a otro lado, traje mi vehículo 2018 a que le hicieran la verificación y después de realizarla en 2 ocasiones las emisiones salían todo en “0” ceros, y me dijeron que era error de mi vehículo por dilucion que pudiera ser el mofle o algún sensor, por lo anterior lo lleve a revisar y me dijeron que todo esta en excelentes condiciones que no tenía fallas ni códigos encendidos, hable a secretaría de medio ambiente y me dijeron que si todas las emisiones las marcaba en cero era error del equipo de verificación y no del vehículo, a lo que ellos me apoyaron diciéndome que no volviera a pagar y que cuando llegara de nuevo al verificentro les dijera que marcaran a la secretaria del medio ambiente, una vez hecho lo anterior volvieron a hacerle la prueba y sin problemas pasó a la primera.
It is a robbery this place go somewhere else, I brought my 2018 vehicle to do the verification and after doing it on 2 occasions the emissions came out all in "0" zeros, and they told me that it was my vehicle's error due to dilution that could be the muffler or some sensor, for the above I took it to check and they told me that everything is in excellent condition that it had no faults or codes turned on, I spoke to the environment secretary and they told me that if all emissions were marked at zero it was error of the verification team and not of the vehicle, to which they supported me by telling me not to pay again and that when I arrived at the verification center again I told them to dial the secretary of the environment, once they had done the above they did the same again test and went smoothly to the first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO...!¡ La atención es de lo peor. Aunq llegues temprano te tienen esperando y te pasan hasta q quieren aún sin q haya mucha gente. Sólo una persona atiende. Si llegas por la tarde faltando media hora para cerrar ya no te quieren atender argumentando que "no tienen sistema". Gracias a su falta de información al usuario (porque tambien esa es su obligación) tuve que verificar mi auto en 2 meses consecutivos, con lo que tendré que pagar por esta "obligación" 3 veces en un año. Definitivamente NO lo recomiendo. Mejor vayan a otro centro aunque les quede un poquito lejos.
VERY ... The attention is the worst. Even if you arrive early they have you waiting and they pass you until they want even without many people. Only one person attends. If you arrive in the afternoon with half an hour to close, they no longer want to attend you, arguing that "they don't have a system." ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es posible, pura corrupción, te dicen que tu carro no pasa la verificación y te mienten que estás contaminando, no te saben explicar que es lo que marca su propio sistema y que fallas tiene tu carro.. Pura farsa.
